|Dear Fogelsville Family,
Change is in the air! Since the year 2000, Fogelsville Family Medicine has been a small and important contributor to primary care in western Lehigh County. The dedication and expertise of the entire staff has been extraordinary throughout the years and you, our patients, have responded in kind. We have grown with all of you just as you have grown with us. We have watched children grow, shared in celebrations and disappointments, and even mourned with our patients. I take all of these memories with me as I prepare to step back from practice and enter my next chapter, retirement! In the coming weeks, I anticipate introducing Julia Moyer, Physician Assistant , to Fogelsville and the FFM family . And, in due time, St. Luke’s Physician’s Group will be recruiting a new primary care physician to replace me in order to meet the medical and emotional needs of our community.
We at Fogelsville are all are working to establish the new team as we move forward. With this in mind and with mixed emotions, I will be retiring from clinical practice and, therefore, leaving SLFFM by the end of calendar year 2017. My personal and professional transition will be difficult but I look forward to my next chapter, bittersweet as it may be.
Thank you all for the opportunity to be your quarterback in health! and entrusting me with your care. It has been an honor. It is my fervent desire that the St. Luke’s University Hospital Network will continue to carry the banner for the continued good health of the entire Fogelsville Family Medicine family.
